Abbotts security have maintained our domestic Alarm system for 5 years now and always providing excellent service and communication when booking annual visits. I would recommend them to others
Highly recommended, Sean and Josh were professional, efficient, polite and friendly, they did a fantastic job with the minimum of fuss and time, very, very happy with the standard of service provided.
Abbott's fitted our new house alarm today. From start to finish, the experience has been excellent and has met or exceeded my expectations. From the outset, the call and job was booked in effectively and efficiently. Paul was our engineer, I received an SMS the day before and he called to say he was on the way. On attending, Paul reviewed our current alarm and personalised a quote and the specifications we wanted. The job was completed quickly, and Paul was really tidy. Everything was set up for us in relation to the App which is a great system. Overall, I was really happy with the work, the price was reasonable for the work done and the service was definitely ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. I fully recommend Abbott's, it's great to see an excellent local company.
Very friendly and helpful. Arrived on time and sorted everything out for us. Very happy with their service and price. Can highly recomend them.
Great upgrade on our old alarm. Paul and Josh completed the job quickly, were friendly and polite and also made sure the house was cleaned up from any dust. The new system was clearly explained and the app set up and told how it all works. Definitely recommended.
I'm extremely happy with the service from Abbot's Security. The engineer was knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions (particularly around GDPR regulations). The equipment is high quality and the installation was quick and professional, and my house was left clean and tidy afterwards. I would definitely recommend this company, and would use them again. Many thanks!
Paul arrived in good time, diagnosed what was wrong and carried out repair on the spot including upgrade of some parts. He was very pleasant and efficient and even vacuumed when he finished. Can fully recommend.
