A11 Security LTD - CCTV Installers

A11 Security LTD is a CCTV and alarm installation company based in Bournemouth, Dorset. The owner, Darren, has over 36 years of experience in the security industry, starting out in Her Majesty's Royal Marines Commandos. He worked in the security installation business for 24 years and spent the last 15 years protecting merchant ships and private yachts in the Indian Ocean from Somali pirate threats. Over the last 25 years, he worked for larger NACCOS GOLD companies in Dorset and Hampshire, progressing from Engineer to Engineering Supervisor to Local Manager.

A11 Security offers an installation-only service with a minimal fee call out, and provides a maintenance contract as an option, not forced upon customers. The company offers low cost intruder alarm systems, CCTV, access control, gate automation, intercoms, and integrated security systems. It provides free no obligation quotes and has a minimal call out charge, with yearly servicing available on all systems. A personal service is offered where one person handles design, quote, installation, and demonstration. The company does not have an office, which keeps overheads lower.

All intruder alarms are installed to current standards PD 6662 and EN 50131, while CCTV, access control, gate automation, and integrated security systems are fitted to their unique standards. A11 Security is fully insured up to £5 million liability. It can install wireless systems and offers pet friendly sensors. A mobile phone alert system for alarm activations is available. On Texecom systems, full access to the alarm is available anywhere in the world with push notifications. A11 Security serves Bournemouth and West Moors, Ferndown, in Dorset.

A11 Security LTD has built a steady reputation in Bournemouth and the surrounding area for alarm and CCTV work, with the same installer, Darren, named time and again in feedback. Customers describe punctual arrivals, tidy working and a full walkthrough once the job is finished, whether the task is a new burglar alarm, a replacement of ageing equipment or the fitting of cameras. A recurring theme is the care taken to explain how everything operates, from phone apps and television viewing to written instructions kept for later reference.

More than one review highlights that quotations are reasonable, with one noting that an old alarm was upgraded using the existing wiring so that no invasive work was needed, and another praising the deterrent effect of a lit external siren. Knowledge and advice come up often, along with patience when questions are repeated. Gate motors, camera recorders and alarm servicing all appear among the completed jobs. The impression left is of an honest, trustworthy tradesman whose manner and standard of finish encourage repeat business and referrals.
