Unique Fire and Security

Unique Fire and Security is a locally owned company that has been in service for over a decade. It is BAFE Registered and SSAIB Certified. The company serves Dorset, Hampshire, Devon, Cornwall and the wider South West. It designs, installs, and maintains fire alarms, CCTV, burglar alarms, fire extinguishers, emergency lighting, and access control systems.

In Bournemouth and the surrounding area, Unique Fire and Security has built a strong reputation across fire and security work. Customers repeatedly describe the engineers as polite, efficient and quick to overcome problems, whether fitting or servicing alarms, CCTV or fire extinguishers. Several reviewers highlight the neatness of completed installations and the ease of using the systems, including app control for outside lights and water features. Named staff such as James and Matt are singled out for working carefully, confirming details and tidying as they go.

A point that comes up often is the quality of communication: office and telephone staff are described as knowledgeable, helpful and kind, while engineers explain their work clearly and answer questions patiently. When faulty components were found, customers note that the company went further than expected to put things right, and one reviewer valued an engineer advising that fewer fire extinguishers were needed than first thought. Fire marshal training is also mentioned as interesting and informative for staff, and when a customer's app fault needed a second visit, both engineers were described as approachable and professional in resolving it.
