Training and support for security licensing sits at the heart of the feedback for this Bolton provider, with reviewers consistently highlighting how clearly the material is taught. The SIA badge process itself is described as straightforward, and several customers note that the trainer, Mr Yusuf, brings over 25 years of experience to the room and explains each element thoroughly so that everyone can follow along. Patience and an understanding approach come up repeatedly, alongside a friendly and welcoming atmosphere that helps candidates feel at ease during their course.

Reviewers mention that questions are answered fully and that updates are provided throughout, from the initial enquiry through to completion. Value is another recurring point, with customers describing the pricing as fair and the overall experience as worth the cost, while the door supervisor and CCTV operator courses are singled out as particularly enjoyable and well organised. Administrative support also draws praise, with the team described as professional and approachable at every stage. Many who completed their training say they left feeling confident and properly prepared for the assessments ahead, and the thorough explanations given by the trainer are a theme that runs through most accounts.
