What customers say

Based on genuine customer reviews

CCTV and aerial work form the core of what this Wolverhampton-based service establishment provides, with customers repeatedly noting that jobs are completed promptly and without fuss. Steve is named in several accounts, and reviewers consistently describe him as courteous, knowledgeable and willing to explain things clearly, including walking clients through the phone app so they can operate their cameras with confidence. A recurring point is the standard of the finished installation: cameras are said to deliver sharp, clear images, and several customers highlight that the team leaves the site clean and tidy once the work is done.

Response times attract regular praise, with same-day or next-day attendance mentioned more than once, alongside reasonable pricing that customers describe as fair for the work carried out. The team is also characterised as friendly and well mannered, handling everything from television aerials to full CCTV systems for both homes and businesses. Technical queries are investigated thoroughly rather than rushed, and one reviewer notes the care taken in diagnosing a reception fault before fitting a replacement aerial to resolve it.

What an amazing job Steve has done cameras show so much clarity and vision. Steve worked hard and professional while installing cameras and made sure everything was clean and tidy afterwards. As I'm not very technically minded Steve made sure I understood how to use my phone and talked me through everything I would certainly recommend him to anyone wanting CCTV fitted in their home or business. Thank you so much for making us feel secure Steve.

Called Steve at AA digital aerials late Sunday and he answered straight away, job was booked in next day, very efficient and very helpful. Attended my old age uncle’s property to fix his aerial which he did in a very timely manner and was very reasonable with the price,. Excellent job well done, would definitely recommend 👍
