Services include door supervision, corporate engagement and site security, patrol cars, close protection, travel security, asset protection, prestige cars and chauffeurs, residential security, and bespoke client management. The company serves hotels, industrial sites, corporate events and business meetings. New recruits are trained and shadowed until progress is satisfactory.

Security guarding in Hull forms the core of the work described by those who have dealt with the firm, whose door supervision and event safety duties feature prominently in feedback. More than one customer describes the personnel as professional and proactive, with communication handled efficiently before, during and after assignments. An observation shared by more than one reviewer is the conduct of named staff: the area manager, Kayleigh, is singled out for keeping clients informed and resolving matters quickly, while Sylvester, who worked at a large gathering in the city, is praised for his training, politeness and the reassurance his presence provided.

Several accounts note that operatives are friendly, smart in appearance and alert to changing situations, going beyond what the brief requires to meet a client's needs. Trustworthiness is another theme, with repeat business from clients who have used the service on more than one occasion. Flexibility around shift patterns is noted by those employed on door duties, who say rotas are arranged to suit them. The standard of staffing and the consistent behaviour of those on the ground are the elements most often highlighted, alongside the reliability of the company when arrangements are made.
