Abbotrack Security Solutions - Hull & East Yorkshire

We couldn’t be happier with the work Scott & Jamie did installing our security system. They were friendly, really helpful, and incredibly quick to respond to any questions we had. They took the time to understand exactly what we needed and found solutions that meant the system was completely tailored to us. The system itself is extremely slick and easy to use, and the level of service genuinely went above and beyond, they even helped improve our WiFi, fire alarm system, and installed outdoor lighting while they were here. The installation itself is neat, tidy, and was well organised throughout. Most importantly, Scott & Jamie are just nice, genuine people who made us feel completely comfortable and confident that we were in very safe hands. We couldn't recommend them enough!

So pleased to have found Abbotrack, prompt arrival friendly and professional, explains everything thoroughly, We had a number of issues with our security, but now everything is sorted and we have had our confidence restored. Scott and Jamie thank you both. We can not recommend Abbotrack enough

I have always believed in using Local businesses for all my needs . i have been looking for a company which specalises in all security work including Home Security CCTV systems. This was when i found Abbotrack Security Solutions on Google. This is a family run company which supplies businesses as well as home security. i phoned the company and spoke to Scott who was very pleasent and kind to arrange an evaluation of my property and to provide me with a Quote. When he arrived i found him and his son Jamie to be very kind and helpful to deal with and knew exactly what my needs were in having excellent home security as well as explaining what was needed, at no point was i ever made to feel pressured in agreeing to anything. after agreeing to the quote and arranging a installation date.the day came to have my new security cctv system installed. This was done very professonally and with great care while explaining things as it went along, no question was too small for jamie and scott to answer. The sytem that was installed was top of the range and better than i could hope for, with Scott and Jamie explaing what they did as well as showing me how to operate the systen , they also said that if i did not understand how something works they would be more that happy to go through it all again until i was happy. i have also decided to take up a regular yearly option of maintainance of my system. if anyone is considering having a home cctv/security system installed i would highly recommend this family run company. Thank You again to Scott and Jamie of Abbotrack Security Solutions for your excellent and friendly service Sue and Linda

Fantastic service from start to finish. Super friendly, efficient, and really clear with communication. They turned up on time, did a great job fitting our gate intercom, and the price was very fair. Couldn’t ask for more would definitely recommend.

I have recently encountered some distressing problems at my home address. Abbotrack have previously provided my security system. So they were of course as a trusted team were my first port of call. I was needing as per police guidance a CCTV at rear if property plus/or a ring type door bell for the front of property. Today Scott AND his Son Jamie spent so many Hours installing , and ensuring l knew ever step of their process. And as a lady who AT AN AGE OF 8O + l am not tech savvy as they say, BUT what a little gem JAMIE was, a young man .... Who took time to explain in leymans language usage of all the installations.. l will never be able to express my gratitude to them both .... Please never hesitate to use Scot and his family run business, they are not only excellent for their understanding, BUT this to me ... The price for their efforts 😱.👍👍👍 Thanks to the team

Amazing from start to finish and love that this is a small family business - they truly care about giving you the best system for your needs, no up-selling, just straightforward and expert advice. Withing one week I have met with them, had a quote (more than reasonable), arranged installation and have a fully working alarm system to the exact requirements we wanted. House is spotless, instructions for using the alarm and associated apps was top notch. Both Scott and Jamie are exceptionally professional and you will be in good hands. Highly recommend, will be getting them back to do more. Thank you both!

Abbotrack came on time and was absolutely professional all the way. Scott explained everything, got on with it all and I am very happy with all the work. He was very patient with all the explanations as I have never had an alarm system before so he went through it all in stages. Thank you Scott, I would definitely recommend this company, especially if you want peace of mind and great value for money.
