The Brooknight Group

Security guarding is the service on offer here, with officers supplied for sites across Milton Keynes and the surrounding area. Accounts from those who have worked with the company repeatedly highlight the professionalism of the teams on the ground and the cooperative attitude shown towards clients, with several reviewers describing staff as experienced and willing to assist. The supervision provided by Aj Mahmood comes in for particular mention, with one long-serving officer recalling a sound and supportive tenure under his direction. A theme that recurs is the way employees speak about being looked after by the organisation, alongside the standard of service delivered to customers.

Among the recurring complaints, communication between site staff and office personnel stands out, with reports of incidents being raised and then going unanswered for extended periods despite follow-up calls and emails. Pay levels and the demands placed on officers are also questioned by some, and working conditions at certain sites are described in unflattering terms. The picture is therefore one of a guarding provider whose frontline personnel are well regarded while its administrative follow-through and employment terms attract repeated criticism. Site supervision under Aj Mahmood remains the point most often singled out for praise.
