Milton Keynes Security Ltd

MK Security recently installed a CCTV system in our home and we could not be happier with the service they provided. They listened to what we wanted and provided excellent advice without trying to upsell or overspec what it was we wanted. The quote they provided was well within our anticipated budget. When it came to the installation they arrived precisely when they said they would and consulted me and my partner about their plans before they did any work. They were clean tidy and efficient as well as being polite and courteous throughout. Their technical guy was extremely helpful talking us through the functionality of the system and installing the relevant apps on phones etc. When we did have a minor technical issue (caused by ourselves) they responded swiftly and resolved it immediately.

This company are amazing , always on the end of the phone if you have a problem, first class service , lovely trustworthy family run business. its so refreshing to find great customer service .

We installed burglar alarm system and monitoring cameras several years back through MK security. Both worked very well throughout and always got wonderful support from the company on couple of occasions when needed. It was last year we upgraded alarm system that was connected to PSTN telephone line to the one that is now on fibre broadband. Again great experience with the company. And now this week we went ahead to upgrade camera system and added 2 more cameras. Very reasonable prices, professional installation services and the same consistency of best analysis of my requirements & right advice for the changes. Very happy overall as a customer and highly recommend anyone looking for any type of home or office security requirements. High quality, reasonable costs, best post installation services. Thank you MK Security.

Milton Keynes Security engineers visiting my property fitted my alarm and CCTV. They were very knowledgeable, polite and advised on how best to fit the two services. They answered all my questions and went through explaining how to operate both the alarm and the CCTV really well. I would highly recommend the company if you are considering installing house alarm and or CCTV.

Hi, used MK Security recently as the alarm system went crazy in the middle of the night. Called the firm on Saturday morning, despite not being in any service contract with them Nick attended the callout and resolved the problem promptly. The control box battery was nearly depleted. He promptly replaced it, had it on his van. Very helpful, also came back again and resolved the lid tamper alert and reset the system which had apparently suffered a crash. I strongly recommend MK SECURITY for any house alarm related needs and more importantly, problem solving. Thank you team MK SECURITY LTD.

We were moving house and needed someone to assess the system which we knew wasn't working and the CCTV was not great. Neil assessed the system and gave us an honest review. We decided on both an alarm and CCTV systems and agreed a date with Nick to do the work. Jack and Bailey turned up as expected and done a great job. System and components were professionally installed, with attention to detail and the components work perfectly. The demonstration of how the systems work and the after sales support give confidence that you couldn't pick a better local company. Thanks guys!

Mk security was recommended by a friend and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service, Neil came out to view the site within a few days of calling and put together a quote same day and jack came to fit it 2 weeks later, great service front start to finish!
