All security guards hold a valid front line SIA licence and are vetted annually.

Ongoing training and self-defence classes are provided for guards. Services include manned guarding, mobile patrols, key holding, construction site security, and vacant property security. Clients have included Bristol City Council, South Glos Council, and South Glos Courts.

Sureguard Security Services carries out security guarding and security system installation in Bristol, and the accounts left by clients repeatedly point to a professional and responsive operation. Several reviewers describe the work as professional, and one thing mentioned again and again is the value obtained for the money paid, with costs called decent and the service repeatedly described as good value. Communication is another theme, with Paul, a named member of staff, singled out for being helpful and for making arrangements much more straightforward, an experience contrasted with the unfriendly staff encountered at storage sites elsewhere.

Reviewers also mention flexibility, noting that schedules were adjusted to accommodate changes without difficulty and that the team went beyond what was strictly required to meet their needs. The friendliness of staff recurs across the accounts, described as really friendly across the team rather than confined to one individual. Professionalism, adaptable scheduling and helpful named staff form the core of what is highlighted, together with a willingness to accommodate requests and a manner of working that clients found easy to deal with from start to finish.
