Bristol-based South West Security Services provides guarding for client sites, with reviewers consistently describing the personnel as professional, courteous and smart in appearance. Punctuality comes up repeatedly, with one contract holder noting that the team always arrives on time, while another long-standing client calls the firm among the most dependable they have worked with. Several reviewers highlight the helpfulness of named staff, particularly Richard and Ryan, who are described as communicative and helpful, arranging documentation and site set-up for incoming guards during a contract changeover that a customer describes as seamless.

Responsiveness to additional cover requests is a point that comes up often, with one client noting that ad hoc support was provided without letting the site down. The quality of the guarding itself is the recurring theme: reviewers refer to a reliable service, a great management team and a professional approach throughout. Friendliness also features, with staff described as helpful and approachable, and the overall impression is of a security service that clients return to for ongoing contracts. For student accommodation and similar sites, the continuity of personnel and the willingness to accommodate extra shifts appear to be what clients value most.
