Excellent experience from start to finish. I have recently had a new alarm system installed by SPS and I have to say I have been impressed from start to finish. The response to the initial enquiry was prompt, followed by a home visit to discuss our needs. Then I was provided with a detailed plan and quote which I was able to discuss with the helpful security advisors by phone. When we were ready to go ahead it was easy to schedule the installation. The installation and follow up was carried out by Ryan and a colleague - they were helpful, tidy and efficient (and made best friends with our dog). It is reassuring that a local company will be on hand for any future queries and annual servicing! I would not hesitate to recommend their services.

I contacted several alarm installation companies with regards to fitting a new alaram system into our property and ended up going with Secure and Protect Solutions (SPS). From the very moment I contacted the team they were nothing but friendly and efficient. Within a couple of hours Ryan came to survey our property/draw up a plan for our proposed new alarm system. Ryan was back for the installation along with another member of the team, as well as an electrical engineer. The team installed an Orisec system and so far I couldn't be happier with the system - it gives us access to a non-subscription app and the system is intuitive to use/has several modes to enhance security and safety. The business appears to be very well run and everyone seems to be close, which I think enhances the chemistry amongst colleagues. I would have no hesitation in recommending SPS to those looking for a new security system/service of an existing system.
