In 2016, the company name was changed to Rossells Security Ltd and it moved into a brand new purpose built premises. It provides BS7858 vetting of all staff, including DBS, CCJ and employment history checks. The company offers a one year workmanship guarantee plus up to 10 year product warranty. With over 85 years industry experience, Rossells serves homes, businesses, public sector organisations and national facilities management groups across Leicester, Leicestershire and the wider East Midlands. Work on locks, alarms and fire-related equipment is what brings customers to this Leicester firm, and their accounts stress how smoothly each job is handled. Several customers describe staff as friendly and reassuring, particularly when something has gone wrong, and the same warmth comes through whether the enquiry concerns replacement keys, a new lock for a front door, or an existing alarm system at an office.

A number of reviews mention that advice is given clearly before any work starts, that options are explained rather than imposed, and that the finished result is neat, with locks sitting cleanly in doors and frames. Expertise and responsiveness come up often, and the team is described as quick to attend once a call has been made, listening carefully to what is wanted before beginning.

Liam is named by one customer who had inherited an alarm system from a defunct installer, and the willingness to take on equipment fitted by someone else is noted as a particular strength. Pricing is portrayed as competitive for the standard of work delivered, and the personal, local character of the business is valued. Speed of response, knowledgeable staff and tidy workmanship are the threads running through the feedback.
