Brilliant service! My cameras started playing up just before I was due to go on holiday. Special thanks to mazz who went out of his way and came last minute to fix the problem like a true professional. Would highly recommend.
The technician who fitted my new system certainly knew his job.He removed the old system and set up new one I provided in about 3 hrs,double checked everything and showed me how to use it. Unfortunately due to the fact that I didn’t pay attention I lost connection to my iPad .Not an issue,I contacted Prime and within 24 hrs I was back on line . Another guy set it all back up again (with my help on my phone).Must admit I was concerned that I was going to make things worse.Needless to say this didn’t happen .He put me at my ease and explained everything he was doing to re set the system.Don’t ask. Paul came out to fit our house alarm, arrived on time and was very professional, listened to what we needed and gave me advise on the best place to add PIR sensors. He also took extra time to help me with some old CCTV I had and helped me understand the App. He didn’t have to do this but told me it was no problem.
