Crown Security Services

Crown Security Services is a family-owned, independent provider of security services. It has over 20 years of experience in the security business. The company is an SIA Approved Contractor and was one of the first 60 companies in the country to achieve this status. It operates its own in-house 24-hour control centre.

Crown Security Services provides security services across Birmingham, the West Midlands, Staffordshire, Worcestershire, and throughout the UK. It serves the public, commercial, industrial, VIP, corporate, and public event sectors. The company offers manned guarding, mobile patrols, keyholding, and CCTV monitoring.

Rapid mobilisation and dependable cover for commercial premises emerge as the dominant themes in feedback on this Birmingham security provider. A number of customers describe guards reaching an alarm activation or a break-in within the hour, including one client whose request at short notice was redirected to Paul, who arranged personnel on site the same day.

Keyholding work, alarm call-outs and static guarding recur across accounts from manufacturing sites, schools and a nightclub, and reviewers frequently praise officers for being polite, punctual and well trained. Communication before and during assignments draws consistent approval, particularly when cover is required urgently or outside normal operating times, while the visible presence of staff is described as reassuring yet courteous towards guests and employees. A recurring point is the peace of mind that comes from knowing premises are looked after, with modern systems noted as simple to operate.

Paul is thanked by name by more than one client for coordinating emergency arrangements, including across a demanding stretch of days, and long-standing customers who have relied on the firm across multiple West Midlands locations highlight a can-do attitude and delivery on what was promised, whether opening and closing school buildings at short notice or safeguarding commercial property.
