The company I work for utilises Twenty4 Fire & Security for fire door inspections and remedial work, alarm installation and general maintenance and servicing of our fire system. Firstly, and I find very important, the phone is answered by humans. From my very first phone call for a quote- which I received quickly and was a competitive price, an FRA and door surveys were able to be booked in (also quickly). Remedial work was needed and again I was given a competitive quote. I was guided throughout the process by Megan and Rhiannon. During our conversations their easygoing ( whilst professional) manner was able to guide and reassure me through something I’d never had to arrange before. Many thanks to both of them.
Twenty4 Fire and Security were invited to carry out some fire door works following a recent inspection of the block of flats. They attended promptly, carried out the work efficiently and in good time and ensured that the area was left clean and tidy before departing. The quality of the work was of the highest standard and I will be inviting them to carry out any further remedial works on other properties. I thoroughly recommend this company.
Engineers are good, however the communication from the office (Rhiannon in particular) is absolutely appalling. We’re still waiting on worksheets for a job completed in Nov last year, despite constant emails and phone calls chasing.
I contacted Twenty4 to install a new front door at my apartment which needed to comply with fire safety regulations. Twenty4 were very helpful, quick to answer any queries I had, and did a superb Installation, and provided me with written evidence that the door is fire compliant. A very hardworking and approachable company, would definitely recommend.
