Sure. Here's the complete version. Today, I had a CCTV system installed by TSV Security CCTV and my first impression is extremely positive. The cameras feel solid, well-built, and reliable. One of my favorite features is that it comes with two cameras in one, a fixed camera and one that can pan and rotate, making it much easier to monitor different areas. The video quality is excellent and the night vision is very clear. I also like the two-way audio, which lets you speak through the camera without needing a separate video doorbell. Another great feature is that you can monitor and control the system from anywhere using your phone. So even if you're at work or away on holiday, you can view the live cameras, speak to visitors, and even trigger the built-in alarm remotely if anything looks suspicious. And that alarm is loud, definitely attention-grabbing. I'd especially like to thank Ben, who handled the communication and organised everything, and Tudor, who carried out the installation. They were both professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was installed properly and explained clearly. For now, I'd rate both the product and the service 10 out of 10. Since I've only had it for a day, I'll come back and update this in about six months to a year with my experience on its long-term reliability. So far, though, I'm extremely happy with both the product and the service.

Great installer who took care when whilst going in and out of the house taking his shoes off and being careful not damage my property. Very courteous and friendly. Took his time to show me how to use the cameras. Tidied up afterwards. Would highly recommend him for your security needs.
