Lived in the 5 hub piccadilly place, for 6 years and seen a lad, work the other day called Mahi from taurus extremely friendly and well spoken, always respectful, and in general a good addition to the premise providing security and safety 24/7.

Professional security. Even took extra attention for me and my disabled mother at a Manchester basketball game I regularly attend. 'Danny' a security personnel, noticed my mother instantly in the crowd, at the half, and the end game, to make sure he took us through the non busy exits. Attentive, aware, understanding. Highest appreciation.

I am still shocked and deeply upset by the way I was treated at Embers & Ice, Fareham, on New Year’s Eve, just 20 minutes before midnight. Without warning, I was approached in the toilet by a female security guard (later identified as Boucher, working for Taurus Security) who very bluntly and rudely said to me: “You’ve been sick. Pick up your belongings and leave the premises.” There was no explanation, no discussion, and no respect shown whatsoever. I was escorted by the lady like a prisoner, through the venue. The music was loud, so my husband and friends had no idea what was happening or why I was being taken away. No explanation was given to them either. I was not aggressive, not rude , tipsy not even drunk in a great mood celebrating with my family. My entire family was forced to leave the venue with me 20 minutes before New Year, ruining what was meant to be a special evening and a rare treat for us. When we asked Two other Taurus male Security staff outside also refused to provide any names. The female security bouncer was tall, strong, extremely rude, intimidating and showed no compassion or professionalism. To this day, I still do not understand what I supposedly did wrong. I feel humiliated, distressed, and heartbroken—not just for myself, but for my husband and friends who witnessed such an unnecessary and heavy-handed removal What should have been a lovely family celebration turned into a deeply upsetting and humiliating experience. I did consider it to let it go but I just can’t cause it really upset me hoping by sharing this review so that management is aware of the impact such handling can have on guests and to encourage more transparent, respectful, and compassionate communication in the future!
