Door staff on the social club on collingwood street refused a post office ID which is recognised nationwide as he said it’s too easy faked. Rang head office they said it just depends on the door staff. So in other words if the door staff wants to be a prick he can be a prick.. Bullies.. cowardly little bullies rejecting an autistic 19 nearly 20yr old for not being more prepared with his QR code to get in then made a scene over his ID.. I’ll see you soon 👍

Doorman told staff I had too much to drink and not to be served after 3 pints and watching an England game. I believe this was because 2 people i was with was having a laugh and enjoying there self's. Wrong judgement, and spoiled my night I go out once in a while I was talking absolutely fine even my friends said I wasnt the drunk one.

I have used T3 Security for 8 years & have 10 doormen working across three venues 7 nights a week. Very professional company & the only one I’d use, any issues are rectified immediately and the communication between venue managers & T3 area managers is brilliant.

Fantastic experience at Harry’s Newcastle. The door staff really looked after me being left alone having lost my friends. They wouldn’t let me leave with ensuring I was safe in a taxi , they even took it about themselves to order me one as I was so upset being alone . The weather was awful and freezing and they let me stand in the doorway even though it was busy and kept checking in on me. I must say the service by these men was absolutely fantastic, it’s a shame other doormen don’t treat the customers the same way . Well done T3 security and the door staff on Harry’s , thank you so much .

As a company owner I wouldnt look past T3 Security. All the staff are pleasure to work with. We have used their services on several occasions now and I can honestly say they're the best around.
