The door teams from Synergy are the best across Southampton. They do a great job manning the venues and ensuring everyone's safety. They do an increasingly difficult job extremely well. There are always the odd few idiots who try and ruin the night for everyone else, and in my personal experience, these people are handled appropriately and with the highlest level of professionalism by the Synergy team. I always feel reassured by their presence.

The Door staff were very professional and polite. Made for an enjoyable evening, as they were responsible with who they let in, and had their wits about them, meaning there was no trouble to ruin people's evening.

My daughter and her boyfriend went to trilogy where he booked a booth wouldn't accept his id which is a legal form of id and when told his dad had died being in the military the security staff laughed in his face absolutely vile

Had a amazing experience with a lovky lady Tony and she help me so well with handling my panic attack. These kind gesture are the support and help me need so I hope this company stays open so they can help others!

Very friendly and extremely helpful. We were trying to find the Uber and they helped. Still couldn't find it but they walked us back to our friends and flag us a taxi.
