We have partnered with Swift for a number of years and have a great relationship with all members of staff including engineers, administration, directors and not forgetting project manager Pierre.
We recently used Swift for some of our fire safety products and dealt with Pierre. The whole process was seamless, Pierre kept us updated throughout the whole process. Excellent service, would recommend to anyone needing any Fire and Security related services.
Florence was an absolute star when I queried the service offer on the quotation and ensured the revised quote reflected my needs much more accurately. In addition Florence is a delight to deal with : prompt, efficient and friendly. I highly recommend this company
Good working relationship with Swift Fire & Safety, very responsive to our working requests and Rachel with her team is very professional and sorts out all queries efficiently and promptly every time!
Outstanding Service from Swift Fire and Safety! I couldn’t be more impressed with the professionalism and quality of service from Swift Fire and Safety. From the moment they arrived, the team was punctual, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. Josh walked me through everything he was doing, made sure all my fire safety equipment was compliant, and even pointed out a few issues that previous companies had overlooked. Josh’s attention to detail and commitment to safety truly sets them apart. It’s clear he takes pride in his work, and has made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I feel much more confident knowing my property is properly protected and up to standard. Highly recommend Swift Fire and Safety to anyone looking for reliable, top-quality fire protection services. Five stars all the way!
Swift Fire & Safety are great. I deal with them, especially Rachel in a work/professional capacity. They are always quick to act, knowledgeable & super helpful. Thank you Rachel & Swift:)
Marc arrived bang on time. Our system gave him such a hard time, he worked solidly for 8 hours. The marvel that he is, he got our CCTV, alarm and entry system working. The whole lit came with the house we bought and had been abused/vandalised by the previous owners so it was quite the job. Marc was polite, professional and friendly. 5 stars well deserved.
