Sercure MCR Security

Secure MCR is a security installation company based in Manchester. It serves homes and businesses across Manchester and surrounding areas. Adrian Griffith is the Director. Carl Dillon is the Operations Manager. Gareth Bailey and John Hopwood are Lead Engineers. Saul Griffith is a Trainee Engineer.

The company specialises in the supply, installation, maintenance and repair of CCTV systems, intruder alarms, access control systems and fire alarm systems. It provides CCTV installation and maintenance, intruder alarm systems, access control and door entry systems, fire alarm installation and servicing, emergency and security lighting, electrical installation, and bollards, barriers and security gates.

Sercure MCR Security fits CCTV and alarm equipment across Manchester, and the feedback left by customers concentrates on the calibre of the finished installation. Work is described as carried out professionally, with cameras and alarm hardware positioned carefully and linked so that pictures can be watched on a home television. Turnaround is raised repeatedly, with whole setups completed inside one working day or only a few hours, and thorough walkthroughs given before the engineers left so that each function could be operated with confidence.

Adrian is mentioned often, credited with a plain-speaking approach, for taking time to work out what a property genuinely needs and for proposing kit that fits the budget, whether that involves Ajax alarms, smoke sensors or a domestic camera arrangement.

Dependability appears as another common thread, shown by a later call-out to mend a smoke detector that had developed a fault some three years after it was first put in, which customers regard as normal rather than unusual. Charges are reported as transparent and keen, with nothing sprung on the customer afterwards, while the installers are regularly described as approachable, courteous and clean on site. Guidance sought once the job was over is provided without difficulty, and the resulting alarm and camera systems are said to match the properties well.
