Contract work and permanent placements with the guarding teams in Edinburgh are described by those involved as dependable and well run, with security personnel who are properly prepared for their duties. A recurring point in the feedback is the intelligence and efficiency of the service, which people who have worked alongside the company felt stood out in a sector where such consistency can be elusive. The values of the organisation are mentioned as a reason clients and employees speak warmly of it, and the staff themselves are repeatedly described as capable, approachable and attentive to what is required of them.

Those who have spent time at the premises note a friendly office environment, and the buildings are well organised. Training is another element that recurs, with a competent instructor credited for the quality of the preparation given. In quieter moments the working surroundings are said to be calm. Taken as a whole, the accounts centre on a guarding operation whose personnel are seen as dependable, whose internal culture is valued, and whose instruction and day-to-day conduct leave a solid impression on clients and visitors alike, with the professionalism of the team the thread that runs through the feedback.
