Several customers highlight the professionalism and reliability of the guards, noting that officers arrive punctually and maintain a visible presence that deters unwanted visitors. The senior business development manager, Chet, is named repeatedly for his prompt response, site visits and clear communication before and after contracts begin.

Reviewers frequently mention the effectiveness of the guarding in reducing break-ins and theft, with one client reporting that a long-standing problem with intruders was addressed once officers were deployed. A theme running through the feedback is the company's willingness to resolve issues quickly; when one guard failed to appear, a replacement was arranged within a short time. The service is consistently described as professional, with customers returning for contracts lasting several years. The recurring theme is a security presence that clients feel confident relying on.
