I highly recommend R Security Alarms. They were professional over the phone and so easy to arrange a call out. They came out swiftly and sorted the problem with our fire alarm system straight away and communicated with me at every step. They were an absolute breath of fresh air after a morning of disappointing service from other companies.
We have used R Security since our business opened in 1995, we have never had any issues and have always received a quick and efficient service over all aspects. Lyn is always helpful when we have a query and gets the info requested across quickly. Would highly recommend!
Helpful, know their stuff, arrived on time and even helped me with a problem with a light fitting. Nothing was too much trouble. Moreover, I feel the alarm was serviced well.
R Security has given me an excellent service each year, the helpful friendly staff are a credit to the company. On occasions I need guidance to reset the system they are patient when talking through how to get it up and running securely. Todays visit was again exceptional the engineer Jack worked on every area to ensure this annual review was completed and all areas working within and outside of the building I can’t stress enough how important it is to me knowing I’m secure Mrs Lesley Finlay
