Rugby club gatherings and similar public events are the projects most often described, with one account covering a fixture attended by around 2500 people and security provided for town businesses afterwards. Reviewers repeatedly highlight the calm but alert presence of the team, whose clear communication with organisers and members of the public is credited with keeping occasions safe and trouble free. Training sits alongside guarding in the feedback, covering SIA upskilling, first aid top-ups and close protection refreshers, and the tuition of Simon Davison and Andrew is described as enjoyable, concise and straightforward.

Emily Bran and Chloe are named for their friendly help on the administrative side, with a missing passport photograph being resolved on the spot. Long-standing relationships and repeat bookings recur, including one partner firm reporting several years of collaboration across multiple projects, and stewarding work is mentioned as a route into the courses. The readiness to go beyond what is asked, without any single team member being singled out, comes through consistently.
