i was assulted by a women and the bouncer slammed me to the ground and sat on me pushing my arms up behind my back pulling the muscles in them i protected myself and even the police who saw the cctv said it was wrong the owner of the company will laugh at you and call you a liar the staff and bouncers are just as rude i have a head injury and multiple bruising i do not recommend this place at all i am 5,4 65kg 19 and i had a grown man who looked to weigh about 400 pounds sat on my back because i protected myself

Unfortunately, despite the word “professional” in the title, my experience of working with the company has been anything but professional. Also concerned about their use of agency subcontractors, many of whom are being paid less than minimum wage, unlikely they care as they make better margins. Avoid!
Saturday 2nd May 2026 - time est. 10:30pm Attended Wetherspoons in Stourbridge town centre for a nice quite girls night out after being fresh postpartum. The abuse I had of the security staff all night was appalling we just wanted to have a nice quiet drink and was hounded constantly for doing absolutely nothing and all I seen all night was security staff dragging and pulling on men. I feel like the security staff professionalism had gone to their head. Endless amounts of time I was approached and spoken to in a terrible manner there was nothing professional about the staff. Firstly it was because my friend put her coat on her head outside as is was tipping it down of rain the security staff approach herand said “get it off your head I’m not gonna tell you again or your getting kicked out” second occasion was my friend adjusting her shoe by the toliet so she didn’t fall down the stairs and we had “get down stairs now” and lastly because we had enough of the abuse we were receiving we decided to leave we were waiting for the taxi by the door as it was raining I asked the security staff member on the door if it was okay and to clarify that we waited here as we was fed up of being hounded, he politely responded yes and low and behold the bald headed security guy started shouting at us to move I politely responded your colleague said it was okay and he said “move in there I’m telling you to get in there or I’ll chuck you out”. Last time Wetherspoons will be getting my custom as security staff have ruined the place and will be complaining to Wetherspoons personally.
Absolutely appalling experience from start to finish. This is, without question, the worst security company I have ever dealt with. The guards provided were unreliable, unprofessional, and clearly lacked the training and standards you would expect from a company trusted with safety and security. Basic responsibilities were ignored, communication was poor, and standards slipped constantly. Management was even worse. Extremely disorganised, dismissive, and impossible to deal with when problems were raised. There was no accountability, no urgency, and no interest in putting things right. Customer concerns were brushed aside and contractual obligations appeared to mean nothing. Their failures ultimately contributed to us gaining a premises licence review, causing serious damage and unnecessary stress. For a company that is supposed to protect businesses and provide reassurance, they delivered the exact opposite. No regard for customers. No respect for contracts. No professionalism. No standards. I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to look elsewhere
