Oprema Ltd (Northampton)

Northampton-based Oprema Ltd has built a reputation as a dependable supplier for access control and security equipment, with customers returning repeatedly over several years. Reviewers consistently highlight the depth of product knowledge held by staff, singling out Samantha, Sam Walker, Shane Atkins and Jay for their professionalism and readiness to help. A recurring theme is the speed of response, whether for quotations, email enquiries or technical assistance, with several customers noting that requests are handled quickly and efficiently.

Pricing is frequently described as competitive, and the availability of parts for next-day delivery is mentioned as a practical advantage, particularly for trade buyers sourcing components for installation projects. The warehouse team also receives praise for its hard work, and the broader staff group is characterised as friendly and approachable.

Communication stands out in the feedback, with customers appreciating that someone is always reachable by phone and that follow-up support remains available after an order is placed. Long-standing clients describe the service as consistently reliable across many years, and accounts of sourcing specific items on short notice reinforce the impression of a supplier that solves problems rather than creating them. Sourcing equipment for access control projects remains the type of work customers return for.
