Commercial customers feature strongly in the feedback for this Droylsden-based security specialist, with a focus on CCTV installations carried out at business premises. The work is described as quick and straightforward, and the pricing is repeatedly characterised as keen compared with other firms the customer had approached. Paul is named in connection with fitting three camera systems, and his manner is remembered as friendly and helpful. A second strand running through the accounts is the company's readiness to work on ageing equipment rather than push for replacement.

In one case an old entry-phone serving a block of flats was restored, sparing residents the expense of a new system, and in another two engineers attended a workplace and located the fault in the door entry and release setup, which they repaired during the visit. Telephone contact ahead of the job and the conduct of the engineers on site are both acknowledged, the pair being described as evidently well qualified and skilled at finding the cause of the problem. One customer would return for any future work on entry-phone or door entry systems.
