Excellent service provided by LUX. Knows how to do his job and cuts no corners. He documents his jobs on his social media so if anyone ever has any doubts about his work they can see the quality first hand. Amazing guy who despite being super busy is always happy to help. Talks you through what he’s going to do and the full process while he is doing it too. Lovely job on my house and if I ever have any issues (wifi not camera issues) he will be happy to diagnose it over the phone or fix your issues in person if required too

I don’t usually leave long reviews, but this one’s deserved. I had CCTV installed at my house by LUX CCTV and honestly the whole experience was spot on from start to finish. From the first time I got in touch, he was easy to deal with, no pressure, just straight advice. I’d actually spoken to a few other companies before deciding, and not only was his quote the most reasonable, but he also came across the most genuine. What I appreciated most was that he came out to the property beforehand and properly assessed everything. He didn’t just try to sell me the most expensive setup, he actually talked me through what would work best for my house and why. You can tell he knows his stuff. On the day of installation, he was on time, worked efficiently, and kept everything really clean and tidy. No mess left behind, no cutting corners. He kept me informed throughout as well, explaining what he was doing and making sure I was happy with everything as it was going in. The cameras themselves are excellent quality, really clear, and exactly what I needed. You can tell he doesn’t use cheap equipment. What really stood out though was the follow-up. About a week later, he actually rang me just to check everything was working fine and that I was happy. That’s rare these days and says a lot about the kind of person he is. Genuinely a top guy, professional, honest, and takes pride in his work. Highly recommend LUX CCTV.
