Very bad service, my sister had him install a CCTV for me. He came down did the job and after didn’t show her how to use the functions as a professional would. He didn’t set it to record either. I had a smart meter installed and it interfered with the CCTV she reached out to him to help and he completely ignored her. I don’t know if it’s because she’s a woman. So yesterday had someone else come and sorted things out and also set it to record. The gentleman who did the work was more than willing to ring back if I needed help. And didn’t ignore me or my sister either if she rang and wanted advice with the functions of the camera. Definitely wouldn’t recommend, just basically took the money and ran.

I would highly recommend JB Alarm & Security! They came out this morning to install CCTV cameras at my house and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The installation was completed to a very high standard, and everything was left neat and tidy. The team were professional, friendly, and took the time to explain exactly how the cameras work. They also helped me set up the app on my phone and made sure I was comfortable using it before they left. Nothing was too much trouble, and their customer service was excellent from start to finish. If you’re looking for a reliable and knowledgeable company for CCTV or home security, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend JB Alarm & Security. Thank you again for a fantastic job!

JB has been servicing my alarm system since 2023, and the service has always been excellent. He’s professional, reliable, punctual, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. It’s reassuring to know the system is being looked after by someone so knowledgeable. I highly recommend JB to anyone looking for a trustworthy alarm engineer.

Jamie was very efficient and professional. He arrived when he said he would and obviously has excellent knowledge of different alarm systems, so was able to help us and complete the job quickly. Pricing was also fair. Would definitely recommend!

Jamie turned up on time and sorted out our issues with our CCTV system. He did a brilliant job and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

I had to call Jamie outside of work hours for an emergency electrical fault. He arrived within 30 mins and didn’t leave until my problem was sorted out! Did a brilliant job and will definitely use again ❤️

Highly recommend this business. Came out to us as we couldn't get in touch with our normal engineer. Very professional and polite, explained the problem thoroughly, got the parts we needed next day and solved a few other issues out for us too. Took time to show us round the new system Will definitely be using them again.
