Impact Fire and Security Ltd

Impact Fire and Security Ltd is a CCTV and alarm installation company based in Leicester. The company has over 20 years of experience and has been operating since 1999. It is comprised of a team of fire and security professionals.

It serves clients throughout the East Midlands, providing services to both homeowners and commercial business owners. The company specialises in burglar alarms, CCTV installation, door entry systems and fire alarms. It installs alarms, door entry systems, CCTV and fire alarms for homes and businesses.

Punctuality and an uncomplicated, professional manner are the qualities that surface most often in accounts of this Leicester company, and Stuart is the name that appears repeatedly alongside them. Burglar alarms, security cameras and routine servicing are the kinds of work described, with installation, upgrading and maintenance all covered. Customers remark that appointments are kept and that jobs are finished to a high standard, leaving homes clean and tidy once the engineer has gone.

Pricing is touched on frequently: quotations are said to be honoured, rates described as fair, and one account notes the charge for servicing an existing alarm came in below another company's estimate. Before work starts, options are set out and explained in detail, so householders know what is being fitted and why. That same care carries through to aftercare, where faults are rectified quickly and servicing arranged at short notice, one repair reportedly fitted in within days of the initial enquiry. A fire check was also carried out during a visit without charge. Seeing the finished results, neighbours have asked about similar alarm and camera installations for their own properties.
