His behavior was incredibly disappointing—he was rude, obnoxious, and showed complete disregard for the local community. While I was parking my vehicle outside a local shop, the engineer reversed into my car. Not only did he fail to apologise, but he also laughed and carried on as if nothing had happened. This incident reflects poorly on your company, and I would be embarrassed to have such an individual represent my business.
Had CCTV installed with this company and service was first class. Helpful engineers, put us at ease. highly recommended!
Bergstrom Europe, with 3 sites in the Ystrad Mynach area, have signed a maintenance deal with IDS for CCTV system. The service has been excellent - well pleased. Gary Evans, IT Manager
Very pleased with the service from IDS. When one camera became faulty and engineer came out and replaced it.
