Hampton Security Ltd

Very responsive , professional, friendly on time and willing to explain the system and help us with the technical aspects on our phone and the system hard drive. Dom upgraded our CCTV hard drive system and it has already been useful. I would thoroughly recommend Hampton Security

Dominic was excellent, from the moment of me completing the online enquiry form at 4am, to him calling me first thing in the morning, and then arriving as planned on the same day, the service has been amazing.

The engineer turned up exactly on time, fixed the alarm professionally, very friendly. Great price. I would totally recommend them

Dom fitted a new CCTV system at my charity as an upgrade from a very old system that was not fit for purpose. He was professional, efficient and actually finished the job earlier than expected. He tidied up afterwards and took the time to explain everything. So impressed! I would definitely recommend using Hampton Security Ltd for all of your security needs. Thank you Dom! 🌟

After a bad experience with a previous company, I had a new 4k home CCTV system installed by Hamptons. First contact with Dom was easy and informative. Tom and Dom are kind, patient and professional. They actively listened to my concerns, checked my old system, the position of my cameras and gave me clear recommendations for an upgrade. I could make an informed decision, including the cost, which is affordable considering the high quality of their work and equipment. Camera coverage and picture quality are so much better. A far cry from my past experience. They were always on time, clean and tidy up afterwards. I was shown how to use the app and encouraged to contact them of I had any issues. I never felt rushed or foolish. Tom even wrote down instructions for me! At last I have some peice of mind, a fully functioning system that suits my needs, is easier to use and fabulous aftercare. A fantastic experience. I highly recommend them. Thank you Dom and Tom

We have been very impressed with the professionalism of Hampton Security and their very prompt responses. Everything is handled in a friendly, reassuring manner. We would highly recommend them.

I would highly recommend Hampton Security Ltd. After having issues with the previous company servicing our alarm, we reached out and Dom responded quickly and with all the details we needed. They are affordable, friendly and provide a fantastic service. Dom arrived promptly and carried out his work diligently and ensured we had everything we needed prior to him leaving - he answered any questions we had and made sure we were happy prior to him leaving - thank you again Dom - your professionalism is second to none and we’re very pleased with the service!
