G4S Belfast
What customers say
Based on genuine customer reviews
Belfast-based G4S Belfast, listed as a security guarding provider at Heron View, receives positive feedback in the small sample of customer accounts available. One review singles out the alarm monitoring centre, describing it as top tier and stating that this standard is clear in practice.
A second account, which concerns a visit to Belfast rather than the security operation itself, discusses the city's and Ireland's history, noting that the experience deserves three hours or more, or two separate visits, to be done properly. The two accounts do not name any member of staff and give no detail on specific equipment, brands or methods. The only security-related point raised by a customer is the quality of alarm monitoring.

Top tier alarm monitoring Centre....and it shows
A must if your visiting Belfast. More than the Titanic a history lesson on Befast and Ireland. You need 3+hours or two visits to do it justice.
