Fahrenheit Security

Fahrenheit Security was established in 2016 and provides security guard services to the fashion retail, jewellery, gallery, auction house, corporate, commercial property, residential, private and events sectors. It serves London, Manchester, Glasgow, the UK and Dublin, Ireland. Its services include security guarding, receptionists, retail security, loss prevention, residential security, close protection, night security, key holding & alarm response, and mobile patrols. The company handpicks SIA Licenced security guards. Its Directors and Management have over 50 years experience providing security in London.

The Directors have worked with fashion brands such as Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Hermès and Fendi, jewellery brands such as Rolex, Asprey, Omega, Piaget and Watches of Switzerland, FTSE 100 corporate companies, and museums and art galleries such as The British Museum, National Portrait Gallery and The Halcyon Gallery. Fahrenheit Security operates a real-time intelligence platform and alerts operatives to activity in their area. It provides director level account management as standard and offers loss prevention and security awareness training for clients' staff. Its head office is located in Mayfair, London.

Event security, corporate guarding and personal protection work forms the core of what this London-based provider delivers, and the accounts left by clients return repeatedly to the professionalism of the guards on duty. Customers in several reviews describe the team as efficient, well presented and consistently courteous, with named staff such as Metin and João singled out for the care they showed during assignments in the capital.

Something that features in review after review is responsiveness: enquiries are answered promptly, quotations are supplied quickly and short-notice requests are accommodated without friction. Reviewers also value the way problems are handled, describing proactive and resourceful approaches when situations became difficult, and note that the same standard applies to both personal and corporate bookings.

Long-standing clients, including one company that has used the service for several years, highlight the flexibility of the arrangements and the helpfulness of the operatives, who are said to put staff at ease and to take every detail into account from the first request through to the end of the job. Communication is another recurring theme, with clients reporting that they were kept informed and that additional needs raised by their own customers were met on site. The consensus across the feedback is one of dependable, approachable guarding backed by a team that performs smoothly under pressure.
