F1 Training Services UK Ltd

Manda was a great trainer, really engaging and others in class good at engaging as well, very detailed information and answered all questions that were asked. Good palace between practical and theory work

Used F1 three years ago 2023 and using them again for Door Supervisor refresher 2026. Brian (Security) and Alison (first aid) this time Jamie (Security) and Alison (first aid) always in depth and professional ensuring everything is understood and completed. Will use F1 again in another three years - it really goes that fast - shout out to Claire in the office who deals with all the questions and queries she must be pulling her hair out with some people because it’s a lot of backwards and forwards. Thanks To Claire too.

Defo recommend Jamie is great. Made the course really enjoyable. Easy going, made students feel at ease. Took his time and went above and beyond to ensure a pass prior to sitting the multiple choice

I really appreciated Sarah for bringing such a positive and welcoming energy to the class. She explained every procedure clearly and precisely, making everything easy to understand. Overall, the course was well delivered, with clear demonstrations that helped reinforce everything an SIA officer should know before starting the role.

The Tutor was a very good explaining everything in detail and open to all and any questions ask. I would certainly recommend this venue and trainerr. TO NOTCH TRAINING.

Michael Owen is such an amazing facilitator and he made Emergency first aid at work session enjoyable, relatable and fun. He is absolutely awesome

Ross was brilliant! The best instructor I've had. I completed a 2 day refresher First Aid course with him. His knowledge is amazing, the video's he showed were engaging and funny, not just a PowerPoint. Anything I was unsure about he went over again. I left the course feeling I've learned more than I ever have during a First Aid course.
