Very professional good atmosphere with plenty of practical. Aswell as instructors with a current background in the industry. All in all a very good course with all content of the course up to date and delivered to a high standard.
Great course, explaining and teaching you many useful and handy tips when dealing with the public at events like sports or music venues. Daniel is a very good teacher to learn from and gives you plenty of encouragement along the way. The literature given for each of the 4 areas of learning were very good and straight to the point and if you read them properly they will help you in your examination. Unfortunately I failed on the last one, but after reading the guide from cover to cover, I passed with flying colours on my resit. If you are looking to get into stewarding and want to be more involved then I'd highly recommend Core Training.
Well run course with an experienced instructor providing clear information to be able to work in the Security Industry. Daniel was clear in his instruction backed up with loads of experience. Would recommend to any business or individuals looking to utilise his skills and knowledge.
Great atmosphere very good level of knowledge and information provided along with good customer service and helpful approach make the company standing out when you need to do your upskilling course as well as your first aid certificate - definitely looking forward to have a similar experience again once required
