I have a problem with my alarm,called James at Classic alarms he came around listened to what I said in changing my pir sensors ,opened up control panel explained what he was doing and whst he was trying to do/achieve did manage to get the alarm to work without faults.,but through discussions with James decided to replace control box to a more up-to-date box....excellent service and competitive prices.....the lady on the phone needs a shout out too very professional and helpful.

At my company they installed an old battery in the control panel which got faulty less than a year after. Handwriting on the battery states 2016 so it means it was installed somewhere else at 2016. They visited us in 2025… Of course the invoice states new battery installed (no one installs used batteries in critical systems). I can imagine our old battery from our system landed somewhere else too, because they took it. Another addition, they changed installer code without our permission in our other premises, we had to call them back to change the code back. It was ok, because they did it, but I’m writing this review only because the used battery is just disgusting practice.

James came out today to fit new door sensors, and service my alarm. He was smart, friendly, very knowledgeable about the product, absolutely no mess, and efficient. Kath was also very helpful. Received invoice by email within the hour, and confirmed my payment by return. Thank you both.

Whilst having work done on our house we decided it was also time to upgrade the alarm. We contacted classic alarms who initially said that a service may sort our issues. After the first visit we were given various options but decided to go with the Pyronix with app control and new sensors. The service provided was excellent from the first conversation to the installation and everything in between. Everything was explained fully and clearly. Highly recommended 👍🏻

Had the pleasure of dealing with company earlier today. Sadly I cannot remember the ladies name (apologies). It was refreshing to still see there is outfits out there with customer service at the forefront. I rang with an issue with an ADT alarm system to see if they could assist. As promised she rang back within the hour. Sadly they could not help due to ADT not giving reset codes. ( Avoid ADT at all costs, they lock you in and once you cancel your equipment you bought in good faith becomes useless ). I will be sure to use Classic in the future.

Kath, James and Jamie did a fantastic job with installing a wired Pyronix Alarm System. The workmanship and customer service is of the highest quality. The team were able to answer queries quickly and came back to resolve anything I was not happy about. The team went out of the way to install the alarm to the exact specifications I requested whereas other contractors hesitated. The team were always polite and not overly pushy in terms of selling me additional services. The Price was fair and represented excellent value for money. The team did not leave any mess behind either and always arrived on time during the process of the alarm installation. Overall a very professional service and I would have no hesitation in recommending to potential clients.
