City Of Liverpool Security Ltd

City of Liverpool Security Ltd was established in 2016. The company is NSI Gold accredited as both an installer and an alarm receiving centre. It operates a purpose-built CCTV monitoring station and alarm receiving centre. Its monitoring station is based on the Liverpool/Birkenhead waterfront.

It offers national (UK-wide) coverage. It serves the construction, commercial, logistics and residential sectors. It also serves storage facilities and military establishments. It provides key-holding, mobile patrol and intruder response services. Its main services are CCTV design, installation and monitoring.

Monitoring and security services for construction sites form the core of what this Liverpool firm provides, with several customers describing a complete monitored CCTV solution used across building projects. A recurring theme in the feedback is the professionalism shown from first contact onwards, and reviewers repeatedly single out Kevin Cooper for his knowledgeable and enthusiastic approach when discussing requirements.

The team is described as responsive, with fast reaction times noted often, and clients value that their needs are listened to before any equipment is proposed, with different options explained and tailored to the job at hand. Tidiness and an ability to work without fuss come up frequently, as does the friendly manner of the staff, who are said to be easy to deal with even on demanding sites in difficult areas.

Long-standing relationships are mentioned, including one client who has used the firm for more than five years and another whose monitored camera setup has been in place since 2021, keeping premises secure throughout. Advice on security matters is praised as sound, and the overall impression is of a dependable, well-organised operation that handles generator and cabin requirements alongside remote monitoring. Site security, monitoring technology and the named contact remain the subjects customers return to.
