Chorley CCTV & Alarms earns consistent praise for the work of Mark, who features in most accounts, and Eddie, also named for prompt call-outs. Reviewers repeatedly highlight Mark's knowledge and honesty when discussing systems and pricing, and several describe how he reduced a quote once he realised a door contact was unnecessary, without being prompted. Punctuality is a recurring theme, with customers noting that he arrived exactly when promised and arranged visits around their own schedules. The standard of installation is described as tidy and neat, with cables concealed both inside and outside the property wherever possible.

Customers mention CCTV systems as well as Ajax alarms, and note that Mark explains features such as line crossing detection and helps set up phone alerts. Speed of response comes up often, including an account of an engineer attending shortly after a morning call and an alarm repaired in minutes. Friendliness, professionalism and fair pricing are mentioned across the feedback, with the quality of video, including at night, singled out by more than one customer. Eddie's polite and reasonable manner on a problematic alarm repair is also recorded.
