Always great support from Francis and really helpful.
I recently had British Engineers install a full security system at my property and I couldn't be happier with the service from start to finish. Francis installed a complete CCTV setup with multiple cameras covering all entry points, integrated with a wireless access control system — everything linked together and working seamlessly as one system. What really stood out was the time he took after the installation to walk me through the app properly. He made sure I could view live footage, playback recordings, manage access remotely, and receive alerts on my phone before he left. I actually feel confident using it, which I didn't expect. The installation itself was clean, professional, and done in a single day with no mess left behind. Francis clearly knows what he's doing and takes pride in his work. Highly recommend British Engineers to anyone looking for a proper, professional security setup — not just someone who plugs things in and leaves.
Very efficient and professional. I had a fire alarm system fitted at my property in South Manchester. The engineers arrived on time, worked cleanly, and got everything done in a day. Great peace of mind
