I had a deeply concerning experience involving a representative from Bravo Security attending my restaurant during a landlord dispute. The individual claimed to be acting on behalf of the landlord and attempted to pressure me into leaving the premises. However, no court order, warrant, or formal documentation was provided at any stage to justify this. The situation quickly became uncomfortable. The tone and conduct used during the interaction felt intimidating, and at one point comments were made suggesting the situation could escalate if I did not comply. As a business owner, this was extremely distressing, particularly given the lack of clear legal authority being presented. The matter has since been formally raised with the relevant authorities and is supported by recorded evidence. In situations like this, you expect security professionals to operate with clear boundaries, professionalism, and respect for the law. That was not my experience here. I would strongly advise others to be cautious and to ensure that any enforcement action is backed by proper legal process before complying.

I needed someone at very short notice to check on a house in South West London and confirm that all doors were locked, for a period of about 10 days. After reading a lot of online reviews I contacted Bravo Security and they were great. Someone came to the house within hours of me calling to look around, and they began patrols that evening. Everyday they sent me a report by email. I have never employed security before and was a bit nervous about it, but this company were extremely user friendly and did a great job.

We needed an emergency security guard, and they responded by sending one immediately. He was courteous and professional. We were so grateful.

We have been using Bravo for several weeks now and they have moved on people within our residential block of flats who are not residents. The body cameras and reports are also of a great standard. The operatives are polite when talking to people who have managed to tail gate residents.

Bravo security is a professionally run company with one aim in mind which is doing security to a high standards.
