Liverpool customers repeatedly praise Bold Security Ltd for the professionalism and speed of its alarm and CCTV work, with Ben emerging as the named member of staff most often singled out. Reviewers describe prompt replies to emails and messages, home visits to discuss the proposed equipment and its placement, and quotes sent afterwards; several mention a reminder the day before the appointment and punctual arrival.

The standard of workmanship is a recurring theme, with full alarm and CCTV installations described as quick, clean and completed to a high standard, including careful handling of external render and neatly concealed cabling. Clients note clear explanations of how systems operate, video guidance and follow-up calls to confirm everything functions as expected. Tidiness after the job is mentioned often, as is the removal of old equipment.

Ben is described as attentive and knowledgeable, answering queries during and after installation. Competitive pricing relative to the wider industry comes up more than once, and customers value being kept informed from the initial visit through to the final check. Emergency assistance also features, with one account of a fault rectified within the hour of making contact, and replacement alarm and CCTV work carried out for homes and businesses across the area.
