Needed 'chirping' smoke alarms replaced in my flat and my sister came across BMP Alarms after a Google search and upon reading 5* reviews decided to give them a call. She spoke to a gentleman named Bryan who was very pleasant and helpful. Taking out time to answer questions with such a friendly mannerism. I later spoke to Ben to arrange a date for work to be carried out and he was also so kind, friendly, patient and professional with his time and answered any further questions I had. Thank you to you both for all your time and efficiency. I'm so pleased I went ahead with work to be carried out with your company. Amazing customer service right from the offset. Can't fault it at all. Fitting me in such short notice and working around my timings. So much appreciated. Huge shout out to the 2 lads that came to complete my work. Credit to your team. Really friendly and professional, on time and work quickly. Great price for alarm service and replacement battery. Had an issue with the keypad today and they were with me within the hour to fix. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
I would just like to thank Bryan and his team for a great job they have done in our new kitchen. We have had a new alarm, a full rewire, new and old spotlights put in and replaced and some other bits and bats. Nothing was too much trouble for these guys. The two young men who fittted our alarm (a wireless one) were very polite and courteous. Did a great job, finnished quickly with no mess. Took time to show us exactly how to work the app. Very pleased with the service and the price was worth every penny for what we got.
