Wonderful support from Paul and Damien and the other gentleman, didn’t get his name, at Northill, Furness Quay.

Paul in Northill Apartments is so helpful. He is so cheerful. Seeing him in reception the days he works puts a smile on my face. He is very kind and compassionate. And he is very commited to his job and helping residence with any queries. Thank you Paul for always making sure I am okay and helping me with my quearies in the building 🙂

want to share my appreciation for Paul, our building security guard. He is always friendly, respectful, and professional. I just want to say thank you Daniel (Northill apartments concierge) for his enormous support and kindness. Today I’ve got a parcel delivered by Amazon and somehow the day shift concierge told me that my parcel is missing (even though I’ve tracked the item and there was photo confirmation for successful delivery). I’ve asked him to double check again and he’s been very arrogant about that stating that your parcel is not here(without checking properly). Daniel has been asked to check for me when he just started his shift and guess what? He found it immediately. Just brilliant attitude, respect and professionalism. He simply leads by example and I hope that everyone else will follow same example. Thank you Dan!
