B Alarmed Services Ltd

Households and commercial premises across London feature among the projects described by those who have called on this security service, and the accounts follow a consistent pattern. Reliability stands out, with several customers noting that appointments have been kept on the agreed date and that attendance has been prompt, including at short notice. Punctual call-outs, rapid responses and repairs finished on schedule recur in the feedback.

The standard of work is described as thorough and precise, with installations carried out exactly as intended; one project grew from a satellite move into an advanced alarm fitted on scaffolding alongside hoarding for a compound. Pricing is repeatedly characterised as reasonable and affordable for the work involved. A named member of staff, Billy, attracts particular praise for courtesy, approachability and a willingness to help, including an evening visit arranged at the last minute.

Customers also value the professional manner shown throughout and the responsiveness of the business as a whole. Clear communication, helpful advice and a friendly attitude from the engineer are mentioned often, and the company is described as committed to high-quality customer service. Work covered in the accounts spans intruder alarms, satellite and aerial adjustments, repairs and general security system maintenance for both domestic and commercial clients.
