Ive had many encounters during my many visits to Pop Mart In Manchester city centre with Nigel.. he is the best... always there to greet you with a smile, he's very respectful and calm.. he has a chat to you while in the queue.. he keeps the customers happy and relaxed and I would say is really genuinely fantastic at his job .. cant recommend nigel enough. He's absolutely brilliant.

You get a lot of clowns in the business but APL are really professional. The lads on the doors are always polite and really helpful. I wouldn't trust anyone else. 5* service 👍🏻
