Apardion Ltd

Apardion Ltd was founded in 1998 and is part of the First Response Group. It holds Security Industry Authority (SIA) Approved Contractor Scheme (ACS) status for Security Guarding, Key Holding, and Public Space CCTV. The company serves clients across Scotland, including Aberdeen, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Dunfermline, Falkirk, Inverness, Paisley, and Stirling. It has served multinational corporations for over 15 years.

Apardion Ltd operates in sectors including CPNI Sites, Construction & Infrastructure, Corporate, Education, Public Sector, Warehouse & Distribution, and Retail. It provides security guarding, key holding, alarm response, CCTV installation and monitoring, mobile patrols, vacant property solutions, and facilities management services. The company uses detailed assignment instructions, key performance indicators (KPIs), and service level agreements (SLAs) to manage service quality.

Aberdeen-based Apardion Ltd has built a reputation through accounts that repeatedly highlight responsiveness and a willingness to help. More than one customer describes the team as always happy to assist and quick to attend when problems arise, with maintenance issues such as leaks being handled promptly and plumbers arranged without delay. Named staff members Kayla, the facilities manager, Stuart, Steve and Gabriela come in for particular praise, described as bending over backwards, bringing a can-do attitude and making the experience friendly and pleasant from enquiry through to completed work.

Reviewers mention that quotes are provided after a job is viewed and that communication is straightforward, with one customer noting contact came the following day. The work itself spans property management, electrical installation and security guard alarm response with key-holder duties, and customers with student accommodation buildings report that the team feels like part of their own operation. Value for money and consistent quality over a period of years are recurring points, along with the speed of getting someone on site, and it is the approachable manner of the staff that customers return to when explaining why they keep coming back for reactive maintenance and security support.
