Got a quote a week ago, very competitive compared to other quotes received. They were able to fit me in before Xmas to replace entire faulty old system I had. Dylan arrived as promised and did an excellent job. He explained everything as he went along. I would definitely recommend this company.

A flawless, 5 star service. I highly recommend this company. I called Amber Security Systems one morning when I needed the faults on my alarm to be fixed and to arrange an annual service. Michael asked me to send photos via WhatsApp, identified the issue and arranged for a member of his team, Dylan, to visit that very same afternoon. Dylan was very polite, efficient and helpful at explaining how everything was set up - a true credit to the company. The price I was charged was very reasonable and I didn’t have to pay a premium for the visit being on the same day I enquired. After the visit they needed to get in touch with the alarm manufacturers to restore my access via the app and this was completely promptly as promised.

We had an Amber-installed system at our last flat, and it was an easy decision to choose them again for our new house: the price is excellent, they are knowledgable and flexible, and the work was completed quickly and efficiently.
